Job Summary High School Diploma OR GED and 3 years of claims experience OR Bachelor degree and 1 year of claims experience Customer Service experience Organizational skills Ability to handle multiples tasks at once Knowledge of state regulations, statutes, and ERISA Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of ECM, STAR (Claim System), Genelco/GIAS, Siebel, UTS, Casetrak, Docsql, Benefits Manager, ImagePlus, and Index Assist Tool Aptitude for math and critical thinking skills Knowledge of state regulations, statutes, and ERISA Detailed oriented Pay Transparency Statement From health and wellness benefits, 401(k) savings plan, pension plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, employee assistance program, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, plus other incentives, we offer a robust total rewards package for associates. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Base Pay Range $17.75 - $28.39 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
