What You’ll Do Our veterinary technicians are key members of our medical team. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians, client care team, and fellow technicians to provide excellent care from the moment a patient arrives through treatment and follow-up. Responsibilities include: Venipuncture and IV catheter placement Patient restraint and handling Laboratory collection and processing Surgical preparation and assistance Anesthesia monitoring Dental procedures Patient nursing and recovery Client education and communication Maintaining accurate medical records Supporting veterinarians and fellow team members throughout the day Who We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate: Is a Registered Veterinary Technician in Colorado or eligible for registration Has veterinary technician experience, including surgery and anesthesia Maintains a high standard of patient care Communicates effectively and compassionately with clients Works well with veterinarians and fellow team members Can prioritize and multitask in a busy hospital environment Is dependable, professional, and self-motivated Wants to continue learning and developing their skills Brings a positive attitude and genuine love for both people and pets Benefits & Schedule We offer: $20–$24/hour , dependent on experience Full-time or part-time opportunities Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Sick time Veterinary services and employee discounts Wellness plans Professional development assistance Daytime schedule Monday–Friday scheduling with weekends as needed Hospital closes at 5:30 p.m. A breakroom stocked with treats (because veterinary professionals deserve treats, too!)
