What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to behavioral health patients
  • Monitor patient progress and document accurately in Epic EMR
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Support patient safety and well-being during night shifts
  • Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and safety standards

What You Need

Required:
  • Valid Ohio RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health nursing
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting
  • Ability to work night shifts and weekends
