Warehouse Associate

Warehouse PositionThis position is for all warehouse activities that include pulling orders with an order picker, loading and unloading trucks, inventory control, packing orders for small parcel shipments, and all duties related to the shipping and receiving warehouse.Primary duties include:Responsible for properly filling out all paperworkMust follow inspection process to ensure quality product will get to the customerLoad / unload trucks as neededRecord parcel deliveries, then deliver to appropriate person or departmentAssist with receiving responsibilities as neededSupply raw materials to departments as needed (paper to presses, etc.)General housekeeping practices throughout warehouse and manufacturing operationsMaintain physical condition of all equipmentAssist other operators in a team environmentMust follow all company policies and proceduresWork overtime as needed, including weekends and holidaysOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements:High school diploma/ GEDAbility and experience operating a forkliftAbility to speak, read and write EnglishPhysical demands:Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, squat, bend, pivot/twist, climbing, kneeling, balance.Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. floor to waist FREQUENT, lift at least 70 lbs. knuckle to shoulder FREQUENT, lift at least 70 lbs. FREQUENT, carry at least 60 lbs. OCCASIONAL, and push and pull at least 82 lbs. of force OCCASIONAL.Must pass a physical demands testWorking conditions:Work activities occur in an inside workspace where extreme heat and may occur. May be exposed to outside while walking into trailers.
