Specialized PreK Lead Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a Specialized PreK Lead Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom that supports school readiness and whole-child development. In this role, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate PreK curriculum, lead daily instruction, and adapt learning experiences to meet diverse needs. You will observe and assess children’s progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families. Collaborating with assistant teachers and center leadership, you will uphold safety, licensing, and health standards while modeling KinderCare’s inclusive, growth-minded culture.
