Job Details Job Role: Research Fellow – DBA Supervisor Location: Portsmouth Salary: £21.28 per hour – £23.19 per hour Contractual Hours: 0 Basis: Casual Job Reference: REC00005081 Job Description To provide academic leadership and supervision to Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidates, supporting them in the design, delivery, and completion of high‑quality, practice‑based research. The role ensures academic rigour, professional relevance, and timely progression, while contributing to the enhancement of the DBA programme and maintaining standards aligned with institutional requirements. The working pattern is flexible, with hours worked on a casual basis as required by the department. This position is on‑site only. Responsibilities Provide academic leadership and supervision to DBA candidates. Support the design, delivery, and completion of high‑quality research. Ensure academic rigour, professional relevance, and timely progression of candidates. Contribute to the enhancement of the DBA programme and maintain standards in line with institutional requirements.
