Bartender Date: May 6, 2026 Location: Jackson Hole, WY, US Company: Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Shift Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 Job Summary: The bartender is responsible for greeting members and guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving items, collecting payments, operating cash register, and assisting staff with seating, answering the phone, filling glasses, and clearing tables. The role requires building relationships with guests and providing a welcoming experience. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $12.50 per hour plus tips Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 Shift Type: Full time and part time hours available Minimum Age: 18 years Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Greet guests with a smile and adhere to bar service steps. Provide friendly and accurate service, ensuring timely interactions with guests. Know guests preferences, fully stock and rotate bar items, and communicate low items to staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism under high stress. Assist staff with running drinks, watering dining room, assisting with tables near bar, and washing glasses. Serve guests responsibly following TIPS certification guidelines, avoiding over‑serving. Show respect toward coworkers and JHGTC staff across departments. Have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the food and beverage department, including menu items, cocktail ingredients, beverage service, and operating hours. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledgeable in beer, wine, and liquor service; supervisory experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work long shifts and varied hours. Preferred Skills: Previous bartending experience. Creativity for creating drink specials. Passion for guest service. Ability to efficiently multi‑task.
