Job Description: Minimum experience: 2 years; 1st timers not accepted. Patient population: Adults to geriatrics. Certifications required: BLS.

General skills and work setting requirements: Vascular OR cases with hybrid OR; endovascular experience, vascular service line, EVAR; prefer experience with CSI, Penumbra. Ratio/census: not specified. Unit systems: Epic (preferred), Pyxis. Scrub color: OR scrubs provided by the facility. RTO: MAX 7 days. RTO blackout dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th). Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere. Floating: In rare instances, may float to main OR. Call requirements: 7 days on call, 7 days off with rotation. Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays are listed below: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day. Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
