Administrative and Operations Coordinator

DM Management, LLC is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of a professional licensing board. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while supporting a respected professional organization serving South Dakota professionals. Key Responsibilities Process license applications, renewals, permits, and records Maintain licensee databases and organize records Communicate professionally with applicants, licensees, and stakeholders Assist with board meetings, agendas, and meeting materials Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents Manage incoming communications including email, phone calls, and mail Support daily office operations and customer service Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with website and online portal updates as needed Qualifications Administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Work Environment & Benefits Professional office environment in Rapid City Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Stable weekday schedule — no nights or weekends Flexible schedule with strong work-life balance Occasional travel for meetings or training Salary: $47,000–$52,000 DOE Retirement match after 6 months Professional autonomy and long-term growth potential with a locally owned business Email Resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io Closes: June 17, 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
