Job Title : Sales Arborist
Location : San Leandro, CA
Pay : $70,000 to $150,000 per year
Schedule : Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

The Role :

We are hiring a full-time Sales Arborist to build and lead territory growth across the East Bay. You will meet directly with residential and commercial property owners to inspect tree health, diagnose disease or structural risks, prepare detailed digital estimates, and close sales agreements. You will dispatch directly from home in a provided company vehicle, managing your own daily appointment schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily on-site tree inspections, diagnostic evaluations, and safety risk assessments.
• Write accurate, profitable proposals for tree pruning, removal, and plant health care services.
• Build and implement a local territory sales plan to attract commercial and residential property owners.
• Actively self-generate customer leads through localized networking, property walk-throughs, and follow-ups.
• Log all client estimates, notes, and schedules into our field management software system.

Requirements :

• ISA Certified Arborist credential required.
• Qualified Applicator License (QAL) required.
• Minimum 2 years of tree care sales experience or 5 years of related arboriculture field experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to walk properties and stand outdoors across various terrain for up to 40 hours per week.
• C-49 Tree and Palm Contractor License is a major plus.
