Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid State License (Pending License Accepted) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Outpatient experience - Acute Care experience - LTC/SNF experience Description: Physical Therapist Needed. The position is primarily outpatient but may involve some inpatient and skilled nursing facility coverage. Time off requests will be evaluated on an individual basis. Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. Travelers can be called off for one 10-hour shift every two weeks. Housing and a rental vehicle will be provided during the assignment. Housing units typically consist of one-bedroom apartments and are limited to the traveler only. The housing will be available for move-in not earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and must be vacated within 24 hours of the contract ending. Pets are not allowed in the housing units. A vehicle will be arranged for the traveler, available under similar time restrictions as housing. The vehicle is a company-owned shared-use vehicle and should not be taken off-road or outside a designated radius. Travelers are required to return the vehicle in clean condition with a full tank of gas. This role may require working two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. All travelers must clean the housing unit upon departure to avoid additional fees. References from previous supervisory roles are required for submission.
