Financial Representative

Financial RepresentativePrimary Purpose: To calculate employee benefit overpayments; and to obtain reimbursements from overpaid disability and worker's compensation cases.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesEnsures compliance with established recovery procedures and standards.Maintains quality control.Conducts periodic file reviews of team members' files.Provides payroll administration services for claimants receiving payments from outside of company systems.Coordinates recovery activity on assigned cases.Refers cases to collection agencies as applicable.Notifies employees verbally and in writing of claim overpayments.Responsible for manual calculations of employee benefit overpayments.Additional Functions and ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).QualificationsEducation & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Licenses as required.Experience Three (3) years of financial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
