Construction Project Management Internship – Miami Full-Time Internship | On-Site | Immediate Start This is an in-person role based in Miami, Florida. Candidates needing to relocate will not be considered. About Chapter Chapter is a builder-led design-build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations. We operate across New York, New Jersey, Westchester, Connecticut, and Miami, delivering a seamless experience from design through construction. Our focus is simple: high-quality execution, clear communication, and reliable delivery. Through a structured, technology-driven approach to renovation management, we aim to create a smoother experience for both clients and project teams. About the Role We are looking for a Construction Project Management Intern to join our Miami team immediately. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to the day-to-day operations of high-end residential construction and project management. This is a full-time, on-site position (9 AM – 6 PM) and requires a 6-month commitment. Candidates must have a background in construction, whether through education, prior experience, or both. Must have access to a car and valid driver’s license. Internship Compensation $2,500/month stipend $600/month vehicle expenses reimbursement This internship is designed as a long-term growth path within the company, with the intention of transitioning into an Assistant Project Manager role and eventually a Project Manager position. What You’ll Be Doing Assist in managing residential renovation projects from start to finish Support proposal preparation, drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimates Conduct daily site visits across multiple active projects Assist with client communication throughout project phases Support file management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Help coordinate procurement and track materials and samples Maintain vendor databases and pricing logs Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings Work closely with construction, design, and operations teams What You’ll Gain Exposure to high-end residential renovation projects throughout Miami area Hands-on experience across multiple areas of construction management Direct collaboration with experienced professionals across construction and design disciplines A structured path toward long-term growth within the company Qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Strong interest in construction and project management Background in construction through education, internships, or hands-on experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership Who This Role is For This role is best suited for someone who: Wants real exposure to the construction industry beyond the classroom Enjoys fast-moving environments and on-site coordination Is proactive, organized, and eager to learn Wants a long-term growth path within a high-performance design-build firm Is excited to build a career in construction project management #J-18808-Ljbffr International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
