Associate Director, Supply Chain

Associate Director of Supply Chain at Kite (Gilead Sciences) will oversee external supply chain operations, including contract manufacturing and testing partnerships. The role involves program management, performance reporting, budget oversight, and stakeholder coordination across a complex network of external partners.
Responsibilities
- Support external supply chain teams through project management, reporting, and risk/issue tracking across CTLs and CMOs
- Consolidate KPI data and develop executive dashboards for monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Develop and manage annual budget cycles in coordination with Finance and functional owners
- Establish ES&P goals aligned with organizational priorities and track progress
- Manage risk and business continuity for external manufacturing and testing networks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, or Engineering with 10+ years progressive experience
- Master's degree in relevant field with 7+ years progressive experience in program/project management or supply chain
- Demonstrated project/program management experience with risk and governance expertise
- Budget planning and financial tracking experience (Latest Estimate/Budget cycles)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with senior management
- APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or MBA
Compensation: $165,495-$214,170 base
