Concessions Supervisor

Position Title: Concessions Supervisor – Lumen Field Pay Range: $26.84 to $28.84 per hour Location: Lumen Field, Seattle, Washington Job Summary As a Concessions Supervisor at Lumen Field, you are responsible for directing and responding to guest needs across multiple stands during an event. You will also oversee the set‑up and breakdown of the event once it ends. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $28.84 per hour Free Parking Staff meal provided each shift Pro Shop employee discount Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guest Support Establish connections with guests while understanding suggestive and upselling techniques Provide attentive service to guests, ensuring comfort and support from initial contact through the duration of the event Help resolve guest complaints/feedback, following up to make sure their needs are met Event Operations Comprehend all event paperwork and reports Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings and location presentation guidelines Conduct post‑event inventory checks and restock if needed Create, modify, and close sales checks in point of sale Complete all event set‑up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided Knowledge of all menu offerings and location presentation guidelines Follow responsible alcohol service policies Supervision Supervise staff check‑ins and breakdowns for the assigned zone Ensure all food and beverages are appropriately displayed in concession stands throughout the event Maintain service areas, adhering to company and state food handling and sanitation procedures Help resolve issues at or around assigned zone Qualifications Previous experience in supervisory or lead roles required Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time while engaging with guests Skilled in communicating with teammates, managers, and guests Capable of lifting products and equipment up to 50 pounds Ability to react professionally and calmly in emergency situations Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic employment verification Possess valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit Must be at least 21 years of age Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
