About the Role:

Join SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC as a Licensed Practical Nurse PRN in the Tampa Bay area and Plant City where you will provide compassionate care to our senior clients. This flexible position allows you to make a meaningful impact in their lives while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.

Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in patient care.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.

Requirements:

Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Experience in a home health care setting.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.

AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
