Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage a variety of table games such as blackjack and Ultimate Texas Hold'em in accordance with casino policies and procedures.
• Ensure all game rules are followed accurately and fairly, maintaining integrity and transparency.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle chips, cards, and other gaming equipment with precision and care.
• Monitor game play for any irregularities or suspicious activity, reporting concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of game outcomes and payouts.
• Stay informed about game rules, casino policies, and industry regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a table games dealer or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of casino games, rules, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain necessary gaming licenses or certifications as required by local regulations.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Previous dealer experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and current/potential clients.
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Dependable and reliable while maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.
• Thorough knowledge of table games policies and procedures.
