Urology Opportunity in Topeka, Kansas Position Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday About the Opportunity: Join a well-established urology team in Topeka, Kansas, providing comprehensive adult urologic care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering modern facilities, strong administrative support, and excellent work-life balance. Position Highlights: Full-scope adult urology practice Team of 3 Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners Da Vinci robotic surgery system available Standard in-office urologic procedures Flexible schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM) Call rotation: 1:6 (one weekend every six weeks + one weekday per week) EPIC EMR Compensation & Benefits: 2-year guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentives CME allowance Medical debt assistance and consultative support via Navigate Student Loans Relocation allowance and recruitment loan available Paid malpractice coverage (with tail) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan with optional 457(b) Marketing and practice growth assistance
