About The Role As an HCP Contracts Specialist, you will be the connective tissue between our Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams. Your superpower is taking information from multiple stakeholders, organizing it, and putting it into the proper framework so our internal teams can execute contracts efficiently. Think of yourself as a coordinator with critical thinking skills — you will: Gather and organize contract information from various departments Manage HCP consultancy agreements (Steering committees, Advisory Boards, IDMC, etc.) Prepare and facilitate key documents like COI Disclosures and CDAs Build strong relationships across teams to keep contracts moving smoothly Spot process improvements and propose solutions Here's the best part: you will be trained on the job by a mentor who is invested in your success.
