Business Function
Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of middle market and institutional banking clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services
Actively prospect and acquire high-growth companies and key players within the diversified industries in Taiwan
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the bank's presence and market share in the target industries and segments
Collaborate with the Institutional Banking Group to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities
Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's strategic initiatives within the assigned market segment
Ensure effective risk management and compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements
Represent the bank in industry events, client meetings, and other stakeholder engagements
Requirement
Strong understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by middle market and institutional clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to support client solutions
Highly entrepreneurial, adaptable to rapidly changing market environments, and comfortable working in a global organization
