Job Description:

• Will support electric distribution operations in the NSPW region (Wisconsin + part of Michigan).

• The role supports four senior work coordinators while one is on short-term disability.

• Focus is on handling lower-complexity tasks to free senior coordinators for higher-priority work.

• Responsibilities include coordination support, system updates, customer communication, and scheduling adjustments.

• Customer communication

• System updates and scheduling adjustments

• Supporting senior coordinators with coordination tasks

• Ensuring construction work packets and locate tickets are prepared

• Coordinating with internal teams and possibly vendors

• Shift: • Monday-Friday • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM • Primarily onsite

Qualifications :

• Customer service / communication

• Computer literacy

• Scheduling or coordination experience

• Analytical/problem-solving ability

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Communication confidence

• Learning agility

• Team collaboration

• Motivation and reliability

• Ideally 1-3 years experience

• Preferred backgrounds: Coordination, Dispatching, Project support, Utility or construction exposure

• Nice to have skills:

  • SAP

  • Scheduling systems

  • MWM (if possible)

  • Utility experience

  • Construction or project coordination exposure

  • Business or construction management education

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
