Senior Litigation Associate (5–10 Years) – Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Full-Time | High-Stakes Litigation | Top-Tier Compensation + Bonus
Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join its Atlanta office. This is a premier opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes business litigation matters within a nationally recognized team.
You’ll take a lead role on sophisticated disputes, including class actions, trade secrets, and complex commercial cases—working directly with clients and driving case strategy from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead complex business litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution
- Develop case strategy and manage all phases of litigation
- Handle depositions, hearings, and motion practice
- Oversee discovery and coordinate case teams
- Advise clients on risk, strategy, and business-oriented outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Proven ability to independently manage cases and lead key workstreams
- Strong experience with depositions, motions, hearings, and discovery
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Top academic credentials (top law school, law review/moot court/trial team preferred)
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Active Georgia Bar admission (or eligibility) required
