Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in students who are actively involved in the IU community, including:

• Greek life members and leaders
• Student-athletes
• Graduate students
• Residence hall leaders, including RAs and RHCs
• Student content creators and influencers
• Students involved in campus organizations and events

Ideal candidates have an active social media presence, strong connections within the IU community, and enthusiasm for creating content and bringing people together.

What You'll Do

Create & Share Content

• Create at least 1 Instagram post, Reel, or TikTok per week
• Post at least 2 Instagram Stories per week
• Share and repost Yogi's content, promotions, and announcements
• Promote Coaches Shows and promotional specials
• Create game-day content including pregame posts, postgame recaps, live coverage, crowd photos, and giveaway announcements

Bring the Campus to Yogi's

• Bring a group of friends to Yogi's twice per month
• Attend at least one Yogi's signature event bi-weekly, such as Bingo, Karaoke, or Coaches Shows
• Promote and attend signature events while helping build excitement on campus
• Potentially host or participate in Greek life events and other campus activations

Represent Yogi's

• Maintain an active and positive social media presence
• Represent the Yogi's brand authentically on campus
• Help us understand what IU students want to see from Yogi's
• Bring creative ideas for events, promotions, content, and partnerships

The Yogi's Brand Ambassador Program is designed to give students professional experience beyond social media.

You'll have opportunities to participate in professional development with Finney Hospitality leaders in areas including Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Restaurant Operations, Hospitality, and Leadership.

You'll gain exposure to how a growing hospitality company operates while building experience you can add to your résumé.
