Working from the product vision set by Product Management, the Senior TPM translates that vision into an executable roadmap and backlog and drives delivery with engineering teams, including distributed and consultant-augmented teams. This is a senior individual contributor role accountable for delivering working software on predictable cadences within the area they own.**REQUIREMENTS**## Key Responsibilities* Own the product backlog and roadmap for their area: translate the product vision into a clear, prioritized, actionable roadmap and backlog aligned to business objectives.* Drive delivery: work with engineering teams to deliver working software on predictable cadences, removing blockers and managing cross-team dependencies within and adjacent to their area.* Work across geographies: operate effectively with teams distributed across multiple locations and time zones.* Work with consultant and augmented capacity: set clear expectations, quality standards, and outcomes for contractor and consultant teams contributing to their area.* Translate between business and engineering: convert the product vision and business goals into technical requirements the team can execute against, and communicate technical realities back to stakeholders.* Operate to the standard: apply established best practices in product execution and delivery consistently and without close supervision.* Partner cross-functionally: work closely with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quality, and Support to align on priorities and outcomes. Scope of ownership may evolve over time based on business needs. Contribute to product vision and strategy while respecting that vision ownership sits with Product Management.* Own delivery accountability: take responsibility for what ships, when it ships, and whether it meets the bar within the area they own.#### Required Qualifications* Significant experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent role owning a substantial product area.* Track record of delivering software products on predictable cadences.* Experience working with geographically distributed teams.* Exposure to consultant, contractor, or augmented teams.* Strong technical foundation - able to engage credibly with engineering on architecture, tradeoffs, and technical decisions without needing to be the deepest technical expert.* Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex problems where the objective is defined but the path is not.* Strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.#### Preferred Qualifications* Experience in enterprise software.* Experience in the industrial manufacturing space.* Experience with modernization, migration, or platform consolidation efforts.* Familiarity with agentic AI / AI-assisted development workflows.#### What Success Looks Like* The product area has a clear, prioritized roadmap and backlog that stakeholders trust.* The teams deliver predictably, with dependencies managed and blockers cleared.* Distributed and consultant contributors to the area are productive and aligned.* The Senior TPM operates independently - decisions get made without escalation by default.* The Senior TPM is the trusted owner for their area - software ships and quality holds.**Anticipated Compensation**The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000-150,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
