Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

A value based primary care organization focused on delivering concierge level care to seniors without added costs is growing and expanding. Partnering with Medicare Advantage plans, the group is dedicated to improving outcomes through a patient first, team based approach and is seeking Geriatric Physicians to join their innovative care model near Mobile, AL.

This Position Offers:

• $250K to $295K salary range with a full benefits package
• Up to 28% incentive bonus - most physicians will receive at least 20% of the base salary
• $15K Sign-On Bonus
• Reduced patient panel size to 400 or fewer patients, allowing for more meaningful patient interactions
• Value based, outcomes driven care model with no fee for service pressure
• Collaborative, team based environment including physicians, APPs, pharmacists, behavioral health, and care coordinators
• Strong administrative and clinical support, including coders and referral specialists
• Minimal call responsibilities
