Part-Time Nanny Needed for 1-yr Old Baby (Aug-Nov)

We’re looking for a calm, patient, and experienced nanny to care for our baby. This position is for a part-time T-Thur(3 days per week) 1-5pm Aug-Nov. My baby is slow to warm up around unfamiliar people. He may cry when strangers approach or look at him, but he usually does better after he has time to observe them from a safe distance with a parent nearby. Ideal candidate:
- Has experience with stranger anxiety babies
- Calm, confident, and emotionally steady
- Comfortable soothing, holding, and responding to crying
