Senior Gameplay Programmer

Working in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Senior Gameplay Programmer will implement gameplay features, optimize performance, and resolve technical issues within an Unreal Engine 5-based codebase while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. Key responsibilities Implement gameplay features and tools based on design documents using strong C++ skills Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate gameplay mechanics, artistic assets, and animations Proactively identify and address technical issues to ensure a smooth player experience Required qualifications 5+ years of professional game development experience with at least one shipped title on PC or console Highly proficient in C++ for developing robust and optimized gameplay features Strong understanding of Unreal Engine 4 or 5, including Blueprints and AI systems Experience with console platforms, including performance optimizations and debugging Excellent game design sensibilities that enhance player experience and align with the game's vision
