We are looking for a Certified Nurse Aide to join our great team! Position Summary Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living to promote resident independence and dignity. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Current Nurse Aide certification in the state of Texas Good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry in Texas Ability to understand, remember and carry out written and verbal instructions in English Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents Essential Functions Ensure resident safety Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, provide nail care for assigned residents Follow resident assignment schedule as established by the charge nurse Lift, move, and transfer residents as required Answer call lights in a timely manner Assist or feed residents Maintain resident cleanliness and dryness; provide toileting or incontinent care Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents Other duties as assigned Utilize electronic medical records charting; Point Click Care Physical Requirements Ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Benefits Excellent compensation 6 holidays Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability Health plans Vision Dental Generous PTO DailyPay available Much more
