Required:
Valid Surgical Technologist certification (CST preferred)Minimum of 3 years recent OR experience, particularly in urology or similar specialtiesProficiency in surgical preparation, sterile techniques, and instrument handling
Preferred:
Experience working in outpatient or hospital surgical unitsAbility to work flexible hours and adapt to varying schedulesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbout the Assignment
