Sales Support Associate III

We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to maintain an organized, efficient, and customer‑ready store. Key Responsibilities Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload. Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in the stockroom and selling floor. Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance. Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is consistently stocked throughout the day. Execute price changes and markdowns as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the selling floor, stockroom, and off‑site warehouse. Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals. Core Competencies Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi‑task, remain results‑driven, and adapt to change. Qualifications / Requirements Previous retail service experience; passion for retail and the service industry. Excellent client service and communication skills; ability to maneuver the sales floor and engage multiple customers. Strong communication and an elevated sense of personal style. Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong English language proficiency (for EU). Schedule and Physical Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days such as public holidays. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom. Benefits Base Pay Range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and other applicable pay laws.
