Job Description

Our client is looking for a dependable Janitorial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. In this role, you'll clean restrooms, break areas, floors, windows, and other facility areas while ensuring cleaning supplies remain stocked and organized. If you enjoy working independently and taking pride in keeping the facility clean and organized then this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms and break areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors throughout the facility.
• Clean windows and other common areas.
• Empty trash and waste baskets as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing throughout the shift.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
