Recruiter 1 - 2 to 3 Years of experience. Recruiter 2 - 4+ Years of experience Must Have 1. High volume experience 2. Experience with candidate offers and negotiations 3. Very professional communications/ business writing. Nice Have Experience working with ATS Experience in sourcing Task Breakdown Will be sourcing, on the phones, doing offers. Description: Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. #J-18808-Ljbffr
