Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, developing and modifying individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team. Participates in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
