Director of Acquisitions

To support a growing private equity real estate platform, the full-time remote Director of Acquisitions will manage the entire lifecycle of multifamily transactions, from sourcing and negotiating deals to closing and overseeing handoffs to asset management. Key Responsibilities Quarterback every multifamily transaction from first broker call through LOI, purchase contract, due diligence, and closing Source opportunities rigorously through broker relationships and direct outreach, while underwriting and pressure-testing deals Architect and maintain a repeatable deal system, developing junior professionals into capable operators of full transactions Required Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in multifamily private equity real estate across acquisitions, transactions, or investment operations Proven track record of personally quarterbacking 20+ multifamily closings, including successfully managing challenging deals Strong underwriting capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency and debt market fluency Established relationships with investment sales and debt brokers, along with a deep command of LOIs and purchase agreements Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field preferred
