This position will be located in **Roy, Utah**and will support the Sentinel program. This position may offer relocation assistance.**You'll Bring these Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with at least 10 years of related experience, or Master’s and 8 years’ of experience.* Experience leading teams/ and or organizations to achieve a common goal* 2 years of experience with program financial controls, the business acquisition process and operations, defining and implementing a wide range of performance metrics and dashboards to track trends (Ex. Candidate must be able to clearly present ideas to senior management, line management, and customers.* Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time* A solid understanding of Cyber protection, resiliency and survivability* CISSP Certification or other DoDI 8570 or equivalent qualification* Experience with RMF, DIACAP, NIST 800-53, security architecture, software assurance* Experience with Trusted System Networks (TSN) analysis* Familiarity with System Theoretic Process Analysis for Security (STPA-Sec)* Experience with Model-based Systems Engineering concepts and tools* Experience with Agile methodologies* Active TS/SCIPrimary Level Salary Range: $193,800.00 - $290,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
