Pay range: $21.95 - $32.36. Union: SEIU 1199-Service and Dietary. Shift Differentials / Premiums include Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Yes. On‑Call Shifts: Yes. Shift Differentials: Evening +$3.00/hr, Night +$5.00/hr, Weekend +$4.50/hr. Premiums: Per Diem 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits), Lead +$3.25/hr, On‑Call +$3.00/hr, Preceptor +$1.50/hr, Trainer +$1.50/hr. Job Description The technician is accountable for the distribution and inventory control of medical supplies and equipment throughout Olympic Medical Center. Responsibilities include periodic automatic replenishment (PAR), perpetual inventory, receiving, put–away, counting, picking, packing, distributing, tracking and shipping of medical supplies and equipment used in clinical areas. The technician possesses expert knowledge of how these supplies function and how they are used in a clinical setting and understands infection prevention strategies in a healthcare environment. Education High school diploma or GED required. Experience Minimum two years of recent and relevant supply chain experience required. Minimum one year of experience in healthcare supply chain required. Licensure / Credentials Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from the International Association of Healthcare Central Services and Materials Management (IAHCSMM) preferred. Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) from the Association of Healthcare Resource and Materials Management (AHRMM) preferred.
