You will play an important role in helping individuals build life skills, achieve personal goals, and remain active in their communities while being part of a supportive and mission driven team.What You Will DoProvide hands on support with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, dressing, and mobilityAssist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and medication reminders as neededSupport individuals in developing independent living skills such as budgeting, communication, and meal planningProvide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community outingsEncourage participation in social, recreational, and volunteer activities such as fitness, crafts, Special Olympics, and community eventsImplement behavioral support strategies and use de escalation techniques when neededCollaborate with nurses, behaviorists, nutritionists, and other clinical team members to provide well rounded careAssist with goal planning, progress tracking, and skill developmentMaintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and daily activitiesWhat You Will NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to learn with no prior experience required.
