Who We're Looking For: We are seeking proven professionals with a track record of success in sales, business development, leadership, healthcare, consulting, banking, or other relationship-driven industries. The ideal candidate: Builds trust quickly with business owners and decision makers Is highly motivated and self‑directed Enjoys business development and relationship building Wants to learn a new industry and develop a long‑term business Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment Has strong communication and presentation skills No commercial real estate experience is required. What You'll Do: Develop relationships with healthcare practice owners and administrators Evaluate properties, demographics, and market opportunities Analyze lease, purchase, and financial scenarios Negotiate business terms and real estate agreements Build relationships with referral partners and industry vendors Manage multiple client projects simultaneously What CARR Provides: 12 months of structured development and coaching Proven systems, tools, technology, and support Salesforce CRM and business development platforms Company‑paid Errors & Omissions insurance National Meeting, ongoing education, and professional development Established national brand and reputation Compensation: This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings.
