Corrections Health Counselor & LCDC - Incarceration Rehab Lead

This role involves assessing, developing, and implementing intervention plans for individuals with chemical dependency. You will coordinate referrals, provide consultations, and work closely with treatment teams. Candidate must preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Criminal Justice and be a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
