The best shift in the business is a Saturday morning with a packed house. At Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House everything is scratch: fluffy pancakes, fresh egg dishes, breakfast sandwiches, and handmade brioche donuts. No shortcuts, no freezer bags. We need line cooks who take pride in the plate and can move during a busy brunch. Typical shifts: Friday to Sunday 7am to 3pm, weekdays 7am to 1pm. You're done by early afternoon, every day. What you'll do:
- Work the line during breakfast and brunch service: griddle, eggs, and assembly
- Prep from scratch to recipe and portion specs
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Have any line or kitchen experience. Breakfast or brunch experience is a bonus
- Stay calm and quick in the weeds
- Show up on time, every time
- Can work weekends (a must)
- $16+ per hour to start, more with experience
- Mornings only, so you get your afternoons and nights back

Sales temprano en la tarde, todos los días. Lo que vas a hacer:
- Trabajar la línea en el desayuno y el brunch: plancha, huevos y armado de platos
- Preparar recetas desde cero siguiendo las porciones y los estándares
- Mantener tu estación limpia, surtida y organizada
- Seguir las normas de higiene y seguridad de alimentos
- Tienes experiencia en cocina o en línea. Experiencia en desayunos o brunch es un plus
- Trabajas rápido y con calma cuando hay mucha presión
- Llegas a tiempo, siempre
- Puedes trabajar fines de semana (indispensable)
- $16+ por hora para empezar, más con experiencia
- Solo mañanas: tienes tus tardes y noches libres
