Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry Nurse in Fort Madison, Iowa. This position involves delivering high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients on a Med Surg unit with telemetry monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The shift is scheduled for nights, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: The traveler will be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance, with a Basic Dysrhythmia test out administered during the first week of assignment. Passing this test is mandatory to work on the Telemetry/Med Surg unit. The unit emphasizes floating requirements in the acuity care unit and other inpatient units, including placement in the Emergency Department if boarded patients are present.
