Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 12 months of home health physical therapy experience within the past 3 years (required).
• Experience with OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience managing a caseload across a rural or wide geographic territory preferred.

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• 40 hours per week.
• Caseload territory within a 50 mile radius of the Bartlesville region; travel between patient homes expected.
