Hourly Pay Range $30.46 - $45.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Recruiter Location: Endeavor Health Corporate Office (Skokie, Warrenville or Arlington Heights) IL - Flexible Full Time/Part Time: Full time Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am – 5:00pm Required Travel: Periodic travel between Endeavor Health locations and job fairs As a recruiter on the talent acquisition team, you will provide full-cycle recruiting support across the Endeavor Health system, partnering with both clinical and non-clinical teams to attract and hire top talent. This position offers the opportunity to support hiring needs in a dynamic healthcare environment while helping ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience.
