Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $40.69 - $43.38 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Laconia Rehabilitation Center. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments to improve their overall function and mobility. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals

- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional abilities

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures

- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and professional standards of practice

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong time management and organizational skills
