Inspector - Aerospace Manufacturing

What You'll Do

• Inspect aerospace engine components, including vanes and blades, for quality and compliance.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and basic GD&T.
• Identify and document defects or nonconforming parts.
• Record inspection results using quality and production systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to solve problems and improve processes.
• Support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing, Quality, or Inspection experience
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred
Bonus Skills

• Experience with SAP, Solumina, or MES systems
• Knowledge of GD&T and aerospace quality standards
• Familiarity with CNC, EDM, grinding, or machining environments

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
