Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff
Oversee and manage all BOH managers and operations, ensuring a clean and organized back of house
Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
Hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, evaluation of culinary team
Performing administrative tasks, taking inventory of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders
Setting and monitoring performance standards for the kitchen team
Collaborate with executive management and ownership to create a successful and efficient operation
Always create a great guest experience
Assist in the development of new menu items
Help manage kitchen daily operations
- ordering
- recipe adherence
- labor
Help monitor food freshness and quality

Executive Chef Qualifications:

5+ years experience
Passion for food and cooking
Ability and passion for leading a team
Knowledge of labor and food cost principles
