Shift Manager

Shift Manager McDonald's – This position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer, responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Plan each shift, monitor performance, address issues to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with next Shift Manager. Assist departments in meeting goals and targets. Manage crew schedules, inspire and empower crew and managers. Supervise food safety and cleanliness, take action around safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Encourage training, education, and continuous learning. Drive high-level performance from the team.
