You’ll help ensure information flows fast and accurately so the team can deliver excellence every day.Key responsibilities include:- Respond to customer/employee questions via phone (multi-line), mail, fax, and in person- Use computers, copiers, and office equipment to support daily operations- Enter data for inventory control and invoicing- Process accounts payable/receivable paperwork and support office filing/suppliesRequired skills/qualifications:- Basic math and 10-key proficiency- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Strong organization and customer service skills- Ability to lift up to 25 lbsPay: $16.00–$18.00/hour | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM (flexible).
