Job Title: Associate Attorney Location: Parkersburg, WV – In-person role Training will take place in the St. Clairsville, Ohio office, with additional training in the firm's Dublin and/or Lancaster offices before transitioning to the new Parkersburg location. Responsibilities Play a key role in launching and growing the firm's new Parkersburg office. Work directly with clients in meaningful estate planning and elder law matters that make a lasting impact on families. Transition from high-stress litigation into a practice focused on helping clients plan for the future. Receive comprehensive training and mentorship from an established, successful legal team. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in West Virginia (Ohio license is a plus). Has 2-3 years of attorney experience . Estate Planning experience is preferred, but attorneys with backgrounds in Family Law, Personal Injury, Probate, Criminal Defense, or related client-facing practice areas are encouraged to apply. Enjoys building relationships and guiding clients through important legal decisions. Comfortable discussing legal services and helping clients move forward with representation. Possesses strong communication, organization, and client service skills. Thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to learn a specialized practice area.
