Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting surgical procedures by expertly preparing and organizing the operating room
• Maintaining sterile fields while strictly adhering to infection control protocols
• Handing essential instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants
• Preparing and managing surgical equipment before, during, and after procedures
• Monitoring supply levels to ensure readiness for each operation
• Collaborating closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to provide seamless care
• Maintaining accurate counts and surgical documentation

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Certifications Needed:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required
• BLS certification (or capability to obtain it within 90 days of hire)
